All the readings will be one on one Goggle meet video call between you and Parul Chaudhri. If you are unable to join the call due to ANY reason, you have to inform me 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. Otherwise, your call will be marked as a No Show. Your email or message received during or after your scheduled time slot will not be considered. No Show readings/therapies cannot be rescheduled or refunded..Join the meeting 5 mins before the scheduled time. Join the meeting from a PC. Avoid joining from your mobile device. Make notes during the reading so that you can refer to them later as I won’t remember your details the moment I finish the call. Hence, if you have any questions later, I won't be able to help you with the answers.

Cancellation policy 

Healing Therapies, Animal Communication Readings 

100% amount will be refunded if Healing therapies, Readings are cancelled at least 8 days before the scheduled day and time.

75% amount will be refunded if Healing therapies, Readings are cancelled 7 days before the scheduled day and time.

50% amount will be refunded if Healing therapies, Readings are cancelled 6 days before the scheduled day and time.

25% amount will be refunded if Healing therapies, Readings are cancelled 5 days before the scheduled day and time.

No amount will be refunded if Healing therapies, Readings and Consultancy services are cancelled 3 days before or on the scheduled day and time or if there is a No Show at the scheduled time slot.

Rescheduling of all services is possible only if we are informed a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled appointment date.
